Stress-proof your life.

We're suffering a global epidemic of stress. Over 80% of the American people are constant stressed in some way. Stress itself is not the problem, its how we react to it. Very simple things can help you encounter the stressful days of your life.

1. Stress-proof your diet. Eating poorly and irregular will - without a doubt -- increase your stress levels. Many feelings associated with stress such as anxiety, depression, inability to concentrate, mood swings, forgetfulness and fatigue - can all be triggered by food intolerances or high-sugar, high-fat, high-junk-food diet.
2. Exercise - join BeachFit Moms! A workout where you are working hard allow your stress hormones to settle down to normal levels afterwards. Even though you might be tired, working out is giving you energy to live your life stress free.
3. Delegate -- you are not superwoman. You can't do it all and the world will not collapse if you say NO once in a while. Think about what's important in your life and focus on that.
4. Meditate -- bring the BeachFit Moms Meditation CD out and spend 2 minutes every day just doing nothing. Close your eyes and visualize yourself at your favorite place.
5. Take time-outs -- even though you are super busy. Do some stretching, read an interesting article or book for 5 minutes, sit down in peace and quiet, breathe deeply or enjoy a glass of water.

You will be far more productive if you "pause" your life a few minutes a day. We leave you with this wonderful quote:
"Yesterday is History, Tomorrow a Mystery, Today is a Gift, That's why it's called Present"
