Our BeachFit Mom - Anna - shared her "decked out" water with us. Now when all of the BF Moms are doing the Food Log they also keep track on their water. But sometimes plain water is just... plain. Try out Anna's water. You'll love it! Perfect in a pitcher in the fridge or at parties.
Ingredients:
- 1 medium cucumber
- 12 cups water
- 3 thin orange slices
- 3 thin lemon slices
- 3 slices fresh ginger (thin slices)
- 3 flat leaf parsley or 3 fresh cilantro stems
- 6 cranberries, thawed (fresh or frozen)
Directions:
Prep Time: 10 mins
Total Time: 1 1/4 hr
- 1Cut two thin lengthwise slices from cucumber, reserve remaining for another use.
- 2Stir together cucumber slices, 12 cups water and next 5 ingredients in a pitcher, cover and chill for 1 hour.
- 3Pour over ice in glasses before serving.
- 4Individual glasses can be garnished with sprigs of parsley or cilantro.
